Locations

Location Management:

Effortlessly view and manage your active locations. Customize location tags for streamlined organization and fine-tune speed monitor settings for optimal performance across your network.

Add a location:

To add a location or site, you must select the "Add location" button. Fill out the location details, such as the name, the External ID (optional), address, maximum guest capacity, the language in which the Wi-Fi portal will be displayed to users, and the time zone. Once you have done this, click on "Save."

To edit a location or display the console with specific information about visits to a specific location or site, you must select the three dots located in the "Action" column of the "Location Management" dashboard bar.

Console:

Select the “Console” button to access to the Diagnostic Console dashboard.

In this section, you can monitor the performance and interaction of the captive portal. View the real-time operating status of locations, access points, and campaigns or captive portals.

AP Telemetry:

If you want more details about each AP, you just have to select the “AP Telemetry button” you want to inspect.

Once you select the AP Telemetry button on your screen it will deploy the follow Dashboard where you will see the statuses exclusively reflecting software-level communication with the platform detected over the last 24 hours, the total visits, the successful connections and more, here is an example:
