On this manual we teach you how to reset your password and also will show you how you can keep the one you already have.
Steps to reset your password
1) Go to your Aiwifi Captive Portal: app.aiwifi.io
Enter the email associated to your account.
2) Click on "Forgot Password"
3) Enter the email associated to your account and we'll send an email with instructions to reset your password.
4) Click on "Reset Password"
5) You will see on the screen's right corner a message telling you that you will receive your password reset link on your mailbox.
6) This is the mail you will receive on your mailbox. It will contain the instructions to reset your password.
7) Otherwise, if you want to keep the password you already have, you just have to press the text "Wait, I remember my password". You won't have to reset your password, you will keep the one you already have.
