Understanding campaigns

Aiwifi calls Campaigns those versions of Captive Portals that your guests will have to go through to access the Internet. Think of it as the condition for your guest to be able to browse the Internet.

There are 6 types of campaigns available. One of them (the most important) is called Default Campaign, which is always active. The main objective of this campaign is to collect valuable information about your guests.

Default Campaign

When you create your account, there will be a campaign already created called 'Default Campaign' of Data Capture type. This campaign is the main campaign so that Aiwifi can start profiling your guests and generating your Customer Database. This Campaign is always active, it never expires.You can set up your Data Capture campaign and customize what fields are of interest for your business from the following: Name, Email, Birthdate, Phone Number, Postal Code, Gender. Aiwifi will only capture two fields in each connection. This method has allowed us to be friendly with your guests while getting real information directly from them.

Display Campaign

The Display Campaign was made to customize your image and logo, to show promotional ads like banners, images, discount coupon gifs for a new product, an offer or an opening for a new location. This campaign is promotional in nature so no information is requested..

Rating Campaign

The Rating or Qualification Campaign was created  for your customers to rate their experience, the products, the cleaning´s service or any other characteristic of your business.

Survey Campaign

The Survey Campaign was made  to create customers surveys so your customers or guests provide to your business continuous feedback.

Interests Campaign

This Campaign was made to segment your customers by the interests or categories you define like sports, meals or hobbies.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) Campaign 

The NPS Campaign was create to monitor how your brand is perceived by your customers.
